Spring smoothie

When I first heard about the amazing benefits of green smoothies I knew I had to give it a try and I have never looked back.

Spring is always a great time to make some changes from our winter routine and a smoothie could be what you are looking for.

Once I watched this Kris Carr tutorial (click here to watch) I was ready to give it a go.

My GO-TO spring smoothie

Ingredients:

Spring smoothie

Add all your ingredients together, blend and enjoy x
Makes 1 serving

Feel free to switch any of the ingredients with other options or follow our guide in “Creating your perfect smoothie”. Adding a protein powder can also give your smoothie that extra boost.

I love using my Nutri bullet for my smoothies but any blender is great.
