Spring is always a great time to make some changes from our winter routine and a smoothie could be what you are looking for.
My GO-TO spring smoothie
Add all your ingredients together, blend and enjoy x

Feel free to switch any of the ingredients with other options or follow our guide in “Creating your perfect smoothie”. Adding a protein powder can also give your smoothie that extra boost.
I love using my Nutri bullet for my smoothies but any blender is great.
