Welcome to your postnatal abdominal recovery series, I am so excited to walk this journey with you and share all the tips and secrets I have learnt from my own recovery combined with working in women’s health over the past 20 years.
It is so important to understand the connection between how we move and how we feel and how our bodies function as a whole – especially post pregnancy. Mood, sleep, digestion and understanding your new post-pregnancy body all aid in your recovery.
Through this series we will approach your wellness from within, starting with the connection of your breath, ease of movement and proper alignment – allowing your new body to function as it was naturally designed to move and heal.
