Our online series of classes are a monthly subscription with new classes added every week - recorded and live - and can be done in the comfort of your own home.
The pilates based movement classes are low impact and emphasize form and alignment – staying true to a method that is based in science and education and has a holistic approach.
Over a series of classes you will begin to learn the true understanding of how your body works and it’s true alignment – this will be the greatest gift you take with you into all other activities you do – giving you ease of body in walking, sitting and all other forms of exercise.
In our classes we like to approach your wellness from within; starting with how you breathe, ease of movement, biomechanics and postural correction, to allow the body to function as it was naturally designed.
Props used : mat and optional - handheld weights, core ball, foam roller and stretch bands.
Cost: R400 per month - for unlimited access to a digital library of classes and live class options weekly.
