Hemp seed milk
Hemp seed milk is my new go-to milk and it’s so easy to make. It is a great source of plant based protein, omega-3 fatty acids, all 10 essential amino acids, calcium, potassium, Vit A and magnesium.
Unlike other nut milks, you don’t need to soak hemp seeds overnight, making it the easiest of nut milks to make. Because of this I prefer to only use 1/2 cup of hulled hemp seeds and make the milk more often. You can store it in a glass container in the fridge for about three to four days. It has a nutty and quite a grassy taste so I usually use it in my smoothies and morning oats.
You will be so surprised how easy it is to make, enjoy x
