The Glow Summer simple syrup is an easy way to add a sweetness to the herbal iced tea blend or when making summer ice lollies.
2 cups of Glow summer herbal iced tea
1/4 cup brown sugar
Combine the blended tea with the brown sugar in a pot, bring to a boil for the sugar to dissolve, once boiling turn it down to simmer for about 5 minutes or when liquid as reduced to half.
Take off the heat and allow to cool before putting it into a airtight bottle or container. The syrup can be kept in the fridge for up to 6 months.
